To register and maintain an Account on 918kaya, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
Age Verification: 918kaya employs mandatory KYC verification for all Accounts. Each individual may register only one Account on 918kaya. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information and must promptly update it should any details change. 918kaya accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All monetary transactions on 918kaya are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 918kaya does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. The following payment methods are supported on the Platform:
Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are as stated on the Platform's deposit page at the time of transaction. 918kaya processes deposits promptly; however, third-party processing times are outside our direct control.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following general timelines: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited within five minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically completed within five to fifteen minutes; direct bank wire transfers are processed within fifteen to sixty minutes during standard banking hours. Withdrawal Condition: Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods that have been used for a prior deposit into the same Account. 918kaya does not process withdrawals to payment methods that have not been verified against the Account holder's identity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 918kaya and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of 918kaya to any Player in respect of any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
